Executive Assistant (Temporary)
Birmingham (B15)
Salary: £15.15 - £17.30 per hour (Depending on experience)
Hours: 9am – 5pm (35.5 hours per week)
Fully office based
3 – 4 weeks initially
We are looking for a Temporary EA who can hit the ground running with providing a high level of administration to the senior team.

Manage diaries and coordinate priorities

Act as a key contact for internal and external stakeholders

Attending meeting and taking minutes, as well as follow up actions

Support with general ad-hoc administration tasks
We require someone with:

Experience of minute taking within meetings (F2F and over Teams)

Experience supporting senior leaders in a professional environment

Confident, proactive, and highly organised

Strong written and verbal communication skills
-
Experience preparing reports and handling sensitive information

Ability to prioritise workload and work independently

Comfortable working in a fast-paced, varied role
