Vacancy: Customer Incentive Plan (CIP) Analyst
Location: Bracknell (4 days in the office, 1 day remote)
Contract Length: 12 months initially
Start Date: ASAP (ideally June start)
Pay Rate: £23.99 per hour
Working Hours: Full-time
About the Role
We are currently recruiting for a Customer Incentive Plan (CIP) Analyst to support the Finance and Sales organisations across the region.
The successful candidate will play a key role in managing Customer Incentive Plan processes, working closely with Sales, Finance, and cross‑functional stakeholders to ensure accurate budgeting, accruals, and financial reporting.
Key Responsibilities
Manage all Customer Incentive Plan (CIP) related processes
Support Sales teams with CIP agreement setup and budgeting using SAP and related systems
Steer accrual procedures and analyse accrual positions
Lead CIP‑related finance and business reviews
Manage CIP agreement close‑outs and budget releases
Release accruals into the P&L in line with finance requirements
Discuss complex CIP and accrual scenarios with Sales and Finance stakeholders
Collaborate with Accounting, Tax, Legal, and Customer Issue Resolution teams as required
Confidently explain financial impacts and processes to non‑finance audiences
Skills & Experience Required
Essential:
Strong analytical skills with good numeracy and finance capability
Fluent English (written and verbal)
Minimum of 3 years' experience in finance, accounting, or a similar analytical role
Ability to operate confidently in a complex, collaborative environment
Strong stakeholder management and communication skillsDesirable:
German language skills (a strong advantage - many stakeholders are Germany‑based)
University degree in Economics, Finance, Accounting, or a related field
Accountancy qualifications
Previous experience working with incentive plans, accruals, or SAP
About You
You will be a confident communicator who can break down complex financial topics and work closely with the Sales teams and other non‑finance stakeholders. You'll be comfortable working in a fast‑paced, matrix environment and keen to learn the clients Consumer Business Group (CBG) and ways of working.
