We are currently recruiting Process Operatives for a well-established manufacturing site based in Erdington, supplying into a fast-paced industrial environment.
This is a physical, hands-on role and would suit candidates who are reliable, hardworking, and comfortable working with machinery and metal components.

🧱 Role Overview
As a Process Operative, you will be responsible for:
Loading sheets of metal into production machinery (up to 11kg)
Operating machinery following training
Visual inspection of finished components
Maintaining quality standards and attention to detail
Working to health & safety procedures at all times
Keeping work areas clean and organised
💪 What We're Looking For
Physically fit and comfortable with repetitive lifting
Good eye for detail and quality inspection
Able to work rotating shifts
Reliable with good timekeeping and attendance
Manufacturing or production experience preferred but not essential (full training provided)
⏰ Shift Patterns
Most vacancies are on a 2-shift rotation:
06:00 - 14:00
14:00 - 22:00Candidates must be flexible to work shifts as required.
💷 Pay & Allowances
£12.71 per hour basic
37.5 hours per weekShift allowance paid per shift worked, with effective hourly rate shown:
06:00-14:00 → +£6.00 per day
= £13.51 per hour
14:00-22:00 → +£12.00 per day
= £14.31 per hour
