Electronic Assembly & Operations Assistant
Location: Eccleshall
Salary: £28,000 - £30,000
Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday, 9:00am - 5:00pm

We're looking for a reliable and hands‑on Electronic Assembly Operative
This is a varied position suited to someone who enjoys being involved in different areas of the business and takes pride in quality and accuracy.
Key Responsibilities
Electronic assembly of small components
Wiring, basic soldering, and basic testing of assemblies
Carrying out quality checks with strong attention to detail
Goods in and goods out duties, including checking deliveries and preparing items for dispatch
Preparing sales quotes
Processing customer purchase orders
General administration, including answering phones, filing, and responding to emails
Supporting the office team with day‑to‑day tasks as required
What We're Looking For
Previous experience in electronic or electro‑mechanical assembly
Confident using hand tools and working from instructions or drawings
Good attention to detail with steady hands and strong eyesight
Comfortable with basic computer use (emails, order processing systems)
A flexible, team‑focused approach and willingness to support different areas of the business
Reliable, organised, and happy to take responsibility
