Job Title: Administrator
Base Location: Fareham
Salary: Circa £26k depending on skills and experience, plus a range of other benefits to support your family, finances and wellbeing.
Working Pattern: Full Time, Monday – Friday and working hours vary from 07:30am - 17:00.

With expertise in lighting design, installation, project management, maintenance and the integration of smart technologies, we manage over one million street lights across the UK and help towns and cities become safer, smarter, greener and more efficient

What will I be doing in this role?
In a typical day, you could expect to be;

You will provide administrative and service support to our operational maintenance department
-
Internal and external customer service
-
Input of data into various systems, ensuring records are accurate and up to date

Raising purchase orders and processing invoices
-
Inputting timesheets
-
Creating job works packs for streetlighting projects
-
General support to our management team which includes producing performance reports and keeping accurate records
What do I need to be successful in the role?
-
Previous experience working in an office environment
-
Strong Microsoft skills, including Excel and the ability to learn new internal systems

Ability to organise and prioritise own workloads and assist operational staff with the organisation of their works

Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to liaise with a wide range of internal and external contacts

Confident at communications across multiple platforms – Telephone, Email, Teams, Video Conference
