Quality Systems Administrator – Leicestershire
Department: Quality, Environmental, Health and Safety
Permanent, full time 100% site-based Monday to Friday (Flexible start and finish times)

About the Role
This established manufacture seeks an organised and detail‑focused IMS Administrator to help maintain the Integrated Management System (IMS). You will support compliance with all standards to include such as ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001 and BRCGS (Brand Reputation through Compliance Global Standards) while helping the site stay safe, efficient and audit‑ready.
Key Responsibilities

Keep the IMS updated and compliant with company procedures and certification requirements.

Make sure documents are accurate, controlled and easy for staff to access.

Manage document creation, review, approval, issue and archiving.

Support internal and external audits by preparing evidence and tracking actions.

Record and follow up on non‑conformances and CAPA actions.

Share updates on legal, regulatory and customer requirements.

Help train employees on IMS processes and document control.

Support improvements to IMS processes and documentation.

Assist with training schedules and health surveillance for all employees.

Help with data collection, analysis and reporting for dashboards.
About you

Strong attention to detail and good organisational skills.

Clear communication with colleagues at all levels.

Process‑driven approach with good problem‑solving skills.

Awareness of ISO standards (advantage but not essential).

Confident using Microsoft Office and databases (Word, Excel, Outlook, SharePoint and MRP Systems)
Desirable Qualifications
- NVQ Level 3, A‑Levels or equivalent in Quality, Environmental or Safety Management (or similar)
