This role offers a competitive hourly rate of £14.47 from your first shift, with a range of shift patterns available.
Key Responsibilities
Contribute to the assembly line, meeting performance and quality targets
Use hand and air tools confidently and safely
Maintain required output and quality standards
Load and unload vehicles, receive goods, and manage stock
Participate in on‑site training programmes to develop your skills
Support continuous improvement through problem‑solving and kaizen activities
Follow all Health & Safety policies and proceduresWhat We're Looking For
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Consistent timekeeping and attendance
Previous assembly or mechanical experience is desirable, but full training is provided
