Parts Advisor / Warranty and Bookings Administrator
As the team expands, an exciting opportunity has arisen to join a well-established company based in Birchington
The role requires a self-motivated individual, who can work efficiently and proactively whilst maintaining accuracy to ensure the efficient and smooth running of the parts and warranty department. In addition, administrative duties include arranging appointments over the phone, allowing for a varied day that keeps you busy.
Duties will include:

Accurate supply of parts to the workshop; through the pre-picks and upsell processes

Effective stock management processes; placing stock orders, locating stock and processing associated administration with accuracy

Confidence in making and taking calls to arrange appointments and respond to enquiries to achieve high level of customer satisfaction

Appropriate upsell of parts, service offers and retention products

Accurate processing of warranty claims
Essential Skills Required:
You must be able to demonstrate a methodical approach to completing tasks in an efficient manner. To be successful in this role, strong communication skills are necessary. The successful candidate will have the ability to use their initiative and maintain focus when working independently, whilst also showing co-operative and enthusiastic engagement when working alongside the rest of the team.
You will need a strong level of computer literacy and have a keen willingness to learn. This role can be fast paced at peak times.
The ideal candidate will be able to maintain positivity and a pro-active, professional attitude in response to these challenges, whilst also utilising the working day effectively at quieter times to support the team to achieve departmental targets.
This is a full-time position.
Your standard hours of work will be:
08.00 to 18:00 on Monday to Friday
08:00 – 14:00 on the first Saturday of each month
