Financial Customer Services – Permanent - £27k to £29k DOE - Liverpool
About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and highly organised Business Support professional to join a growing team in Liverpool. This role is central to ensuring the smooth running of the inance sales process, supporting both internal teams and external partners. You will play a key part in delivering outstanding customer service, enhancing sales opportunities, and contributing to overall business growth.
Key Responsibilities

Support the end-to-end sales process, from initial proposal through to fulfilment

Produce accurate and competitive finance quotations across multiple business streams

Develop a strong understanding of retail, contract hire, and corporate finance products

Actively support new sales opportunities while maintaining exceptional customer service

Handle customer settlement figures and assist with dealer staff car schemes

Serve as the first point of contact for enquiries from internal stakeholders

Manage key in-house dealer accounts, providing ongoing support throughout the application lifecycle

Assist the Sales team with vehicle procurement and delivery logistics

Support floor managers and help strengthen internal operational processes

Manage accounts without field sales involvement, ensuring consistent service delivery

Prepare commission quotations, including campaigns and promotional structures

Maintain compliance with company policies and uphold high standards of integrity and customer fairness

Provide ongoing support for accounts transitioned from the Field Sales team
Skills & Experience

Strong administrative and system skills with excellent attention to detail

Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet tight deadlines

Excellent organisational and communication skills

A proactive approach with a strong sense of ownership and accountability

Ability to build and maintain relationships at all levels

Team-oriented with a flexible and positive attitude

Knowledge of the motor trade and vehicle finance is highly desirable
-
Experience in a broker environment is advantageous but not essential
