A Housing Association is currently looking for a Repairs Administrator on a temporary basis for about 4 months
Key responsibilities
Allocated repairs to close down on a daily basis
Liaising with contractors via their portals or contracts officers responsible for that area of work
Work closely with the other Team Coordinators who will also be closing down repairs
Ad hoc tasks
PAYE £17.69 Umbrella £23.40 Hybrid role 3 days in the office
Essential requirements
Must have an administrative background in repairs
Housing background is essential
Must be immediately available or on short notice
