Quality Customer Service Executive

Location: Kingston with limited parking, very close to town centre and train/bus links
Hours: Flexible working hours, core hours from 8:30am to 4.30pm
Hybrid working - 3 days in the office, 2 at home
Salary: £28k to £30k plus generous list of benefits including 25 days plus BH, free product samples and new product testing sessions and real opportunities to grow in your career and develop your skills

As a Quality Customer Service Executive, you will play a vital role in enhancing customer experience by:
Handling customer queries via telephone and email with a friendly, professional touch.
Logging and updating our complaints database to ensure all issues are tracked and resolved.
Investigating complaints and conducting trend analysis to identify areas for improvement.
Coordinating insurance and supplier credit claims efficiently.
Supporting product recalls and withdrawals, ensuring compliance and safety.
Completing supplier questionnaires and ensuring certifications are up to date.
Engaging in continuous improvement initiatives within the quality team.
Supporting cross-functional requests to enhance overall service delivery.
What We're Looking For:
Customer Service experience or similar
Passion for quality and customer satisfaction.
Familiarity with QA/QC systems is beneficial but not essential.
Experience with Zendesk or similar platforms would be advantageous.
