Fleet Administrator, Bagshot:
- Deal with queries by telephone and email in a fast paced environment
- Maintain up‑to‑date fleet records and databases
- Process vehicle documentation, including MOT, tax, and servicing
- Liaise with external suppliers for repairs, maintenance and hire vehicles
- Monitor fleet compliance and ensure regulatory requirements are met
- Support the scheduling of vehicle checks and inspections
- Handle queries from operational teams regarding fleet status
- Track fuel usage and mileage reports
- Assist with general administrative duties within the fleet team
Profile
Fleet Administrator, Bagshot:
- Previous experience in fast paced administration, ideally within fleet or logistics
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in record keeping
- Confident using Microsoft Office and fleet management systems
- Good communication skills when dealing with suppliers and internal teams
- Ability to prioritise workload in a busy environment
- Proactive approach to problem solving
- Comfortable working with compliance and process‑driven tasks
- Availability to start at short notice on a temporary basis
This is an onsite role and it is not close to public transport so you will ideally drive and have access to a car
Job Offer
£12 - £16 per hour dependant upon experience
