Executive Assistant
Location: Sheffield | On-site
Type: Initial 3-month contract
Salary: £17.49 per hour + holiday pay
Sellick Partnership are currently recruiting for an Executive Assistant on behalf of a public sector organisation in Sheffield.
This role will provide high-level support to Executive Directors, managing complex diaries, coordinating meetings, and ensuring the smooth running of day-to-day executive activity.
Key Responsibilities
Provide full Executive Assistant support to senior leaders
Manage complex diaries, inboxes, and meeting coordination
Prepare reports, presentations, and board-level documentation
Attend meetings, taking minutes and tracking actions
Act as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
Support governance processes and ensure deadlines are met
Maintain accurate records and support administrative systemsKey Requirements
Previous experience supporting senior leaders at Executive level
Strong diary management and organisational skills
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to manage a busy workload and prioritise effectively
High attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information
