Procurement Administrator

Role Overview: Working with the Supply Chain Manager, you’ll help source materials, manage suppliers, raise purchase orders, track costs, and ensure procurement activities run smoothly and on schedule.
Key Duties
Maintain supplier relationships and performance
Source materials and manage orders
Monitor costs and support inventory control
Coordinate with internal teams and suppliers
Maintain records and support procurement admin (POs, RFQs, NDAs)Requirements
Strong organisation, communication, and attention to detail
Good IT skills (especially Excel)
Proactive, team-focused attitude
Procurement or supply chain knowledge
Experience with ERP systems and other procurement tools
