This is an excellent opportunity to showcase your skills at a lovely company. As an Operative, you will develop a wide range of skills and work flexibly across all patterning teams, contributing to the creation of premium, high‑quality products.
🔧 Key Responsibilities
Preparing high-quality patterning items for both internal and external customers.
Beneficial - using industrial machinery to finish fabric with accuracy and precision.
Completing ticketing and carding tasks across multiple departments, following product specifications and production guides.
Ensuring exceptional quality throughout every stage of the patterning process.
Adhering to all Health & Safety procedures at all times.
Supporting various sections within the Patterning department.
Offering assistance to other areas of the business when required.⭐ Ideal Candidate
Strong production or warehousing background (textiles experience is an advantage).
Confident communicator with clear written and verbal skills.
Professional, friendly and approachable manner.
Excellent attention to detail and the ability to learn quickly in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to work well under pressure.
Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team.
Reliable, committed, and keen to progress.⏰ Hours & Pay
£13.28 per hour
