Sales & Customer Service Agent
Hybrid - Canary Wharf, London (full training in office)
£12.79 per hour + uncapped commission

This is a sales-driven role where you'll be converting inbound enquiries into bookings, understanding customer needs, and confidently recommending tailored holiday packages. You'll also maximise revenue through upselling and cross-selling, while delivering a seamless and enjoyable customer journey from enquiry through to booking.
What you'll be doing:
Converting inbound calls and enquiries into holiday bookings
Understanding customer needs and recommending tailored travel options
Maximising revenue through upselling additional services and extended stays
Managing booking amendments, cancellations and confirmations
Following up on leads and supporting outbound activity during peak periods
Supporting customers via live chat and online enquiries
Maintaining accurate customer records and system updates
What we're looking for:
Fluent in French and English (essential)
Proven experience in a sales or target-driven environment
Confident communicator with strong relationship-building skills
Commercially minded with a natural ability to close sales
Able to thrive in a fast-paced, high-performance team
Organised with strong attention to detail and multitasking ability
Experience within travel, hospitality or call centre environments is highly desirable

40 hours per week on a rota basis:
Monday to Friday: 8am - 7pm
