As an Experienced Machine Operator, you will:
Operate and maintain various machinery with precision
Ensure production runs smoothly and efficiently
Conduct quality control checks to uphold our high standards
Collaborate with team members to meet production targets
Troubleshoot and resolve any mechanical issues that arise
Essential (Knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience):
To be successful in this role, you should have:
Proven experience as a Machine Operator in an FMCG environment
Strong multi-tasking abilities and attention to detail
Technical and mechanical aptitude to understand machinery
A reliable work ethic with a commitment to quality
Excellent teamwork skills, thriving in a collaborative setting
Desirable (Knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience):
Certification in machine operation or related fields
Previous experience in a fast-paced production environment
Familiarity with quality control processes and standards
Ability to adapt to changing priorities and tasks
Technologies:
Familiarity with various FMCG machinery
Knowledge of safety protocols and operational procedures
Proficiency in basic computer skills for reporting
