What you’ll be doing:
• Managing inboxes and ever-changing diaries
• Coordinating company-wide meetings, conferences, and board activity
• Supporting senior leaders with travel and logistics
• Organising corporate events and key communications
• Keeping operations running smoothly with hands-on office management responsibilities
What you’ll bring:
• Strong experience with Microsoft Outlook, Teams, Excel & Powerpoint
• Exceptional organisation and forward-planning skills
• Confidence liaising with senior stakeholders and board members
• A proactive mindset with the ability to anticipate needs
