Role Overview:
proAV are a leading global audio visual integrator, providing AV and event services across multiple client partnerships globally.
Our immediate requirement is for a Procurement Administrator to be a key part of our Egham team, representing proAV, taking full responsibility for the administration of emails and enquiries within the Procurement Team.
This is an exciting opportunity for a Procurement Administrator to join an established operation with scope to drive and enhance the service at every opportunity.
Key Responsibilities:

Support the team with project coordination activities

Manage purchase order processing, including emailing orders and handling supplier queries

Follow up with suppliers to confirm receipt of orders and ensure all details are accurately captured in order confirmations, including:

Track orders to warehouse and third-party delivery locations

Proactively review project documentation to identify and assess potential risks

Respond to enquiries from Buyers, Project Managers/Coordinators, and Logistics and Warehousing teams

Review daily reports, including orders placed, overdue orders, and the progress of high-priority orders

Manage and resolve invoice queries

No previous experience in Procurement required
