My client is seeking a full time, permanent Administrator to join their busy thriving property business. Great platform for candidates with a foundation of administration or similar experience to expand their career.
The ideal candidate will have a can-do attitude and wiliness to learn, there is scope for an immediate start if available or they will accommodate candidate notice periods. Full training will be provided for all tasks and responsibilities.
Duties and responsibilities
Answering phone calls, taking detailed messages, and fielding calls.
Fielding emails and responding to clients emails
Assisting the letting team with processing landlord onboarding paperwork
Collating tenant application paperwork
Aiding the Property Management team with tenancy contracts/renewals
Assisting with coordinating maintenance / repairs on properties
Project work involving admin, updating records etc
Skills
1 year’s office, admin, receptionist or similar experience.
Good communication skills, both verbal and written along with professional telephone manner
An individual who is reliable and dependable and can operate confidentially with client matters
A quick leaner, who is confident to ask questions and work as part of a small team.
Knowledge or wiliness to use a CRM system (Alto or Goodlord is a bonus)
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
