Eden Brown Synergy are currently looking for an experienced Team Manager to join the Family Safeguarding Team for Brent Council.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Managing and supervising a team of Social Workers, Senior Social Workers and support staff within the Family Safeguarding Service.
- Overseeing caseloads involving Child in Need, Child Protection and Care Proceedings.
- Ensuring high-quality safeguarding practice and effective risk management across the team.
- Providing leadership, guidance and reflective supervision to drive performance and development.
- Monitoring team performance, ensuring compliance with statutory duties, policies and procedures.
- Working in partnership with multi-agency professionals to deliver effective safeguarding interventions.

Contributing to service development and promoting best practice across the service.

£45.20 p/h Umb
Essential Requirements:
- Social Work Qualification - Degree or equivalent
- Minimum 3+ years' experience in children's social care, including management experience
- Experience within Safeguarding / Child Protection teams
- Social Work England Registration

Strong knowledge of relevant legislation and safeguarding frameworks
