A varied and interesting role working closely with the Property team, providing administrative support in a time driven environment as required.
Interview will take place via Microsoft team on the 17th April.

Occasional travel will be expected for teams meetings and training.
About the role
Your main duties will include:
- Providing administrative support and acting as a point of contact both internally and externally
- Support with tendering and procurement of all contracts
- Preparation of monthly KPI’s
- Establish and maintain appropriate administrative systems, records and filing systems on behalf of the Property Management Team, arrange meetings, prepare agendas and record actions from meetings, produce reports and other documents as required.
About you
The successful applicant will have:
- Able to demonstrate experience of contract management
- Previous experience with an administrative or secretarial role
- Experience of tendering and procurement of policies.
- Creation and use of Excel spreadsheets
