Warehouse Operative
We are currently recruiting for Warehouse Operatives to join a well-established company specialising in the production of steel products. This is a varied, hands-on role within a fast-paced manufacturing environment, offering the opportunity to learn multiple skills across the production process.
Pay & Hours:
£12.71 per hour
Overtime available at a premium rate
Monday to Thursday: 7:00am – 4:00pm
Friday: 7:00am – 12:00pm
Key Responsibilities:
Packing finished concrete products ready for dispatch
Packing products directly from production machinery
Operating press machines (full training provided)
Carrying out quality checks to ensure products meet required standards
Assisting with general warehouse and production duties
Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised work environment
Requirements:
Strong work ethic and reliability
Ability to work in a physically demanding role
Good attention to detail, particularly for quality control
Willingness to learn and take on a variety of tasks
Previous warehouse or manufacturing experience is advantageous but not essential
Experience using SAP systems would be beneficial but is not essential
