Berry Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Trainee Machine Operative to work for our client based in the Cannock area.
This is a great opportunity for someone who is enthusiastic, reliable and passionate about learning new skills in a hands-on manufacturing environment.
This position is permanent for the right candidate.
Duties will include:-
Assisting with the setup and operation of machinery.
Learning to operate production equipment.
Monitoring machine performance and reporting any issues.
Maintaining a clean and safe working area.
Supporting the production team to meet daily targets.Requirements:-
A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Reliable and punctual.
Good attention to detail.
Ability to work well as part of a team.
Previous manufacturing experience is helpful but not essential as full training will be provided.Shift patterns: Monday to Thursday, 8am to 5pm with half an hours lunch and two 15 minute breaks. Friday, 8am to 3.30pm with half an hours lunch and one 15 minute break.
£12.21 to £12.71 per hour.
