Masstemps are currently recruiting for a full time, temp to perm plastic machine operator to join a busy and expanding plastic manufacturing company based in the heart of Redditch.
The role:
Operate and maintain plastic moulding machines to produce components according to specifications.
Fabricate and assemble tooling as required for production runs.
Conduct quality checks on finished products to ensure compliance with standards.
Handle materials safely and effectively, ensuring proper storage and usage.
Collaborate with team members to optimise production processes and improve efficiency.
Maintain a clean and organised workspace in accordance with health and safety regulations.
Hours of work:
Monday - Friday 8am-4:30pm
Rate of pay: £12.21-£12.71 per hour
