£13.50 an hour
The Role
Working as part of a busy and supportive team, you'll play a key role in coordinating bookings and ensuring every customer receives a seamless and professional experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Managing online and telephone bookings for private services
Responding to customer enquiries via email, live chat, social media, and phone
Delivering a high standard of customer service and managing expectations
Liaising with internal teams to ensure smooth scheduling and communication
Accurately recording customer information and maintaining booking systems
Supporting ongoing improvements to processes and service deliveryAbout You:
Previous experience in a customer-focused or administrative role
Confident using multiple systems with strong IT skills
Excellent communication skills and a friendly, professional manner
Highly organised with strong attention to detail
A team player who enjoys working collaboratively
Knowledge of private healthcare or diagnostic services would be an advantageWhat's on Offer:
