Job Title: Quality Assurance Administrator
Location: Redditch
Hours: 38 hours per week
Salary: £29,000-£33,000 per annum
HR Employment are currently recruiting for a Quality Assurance Administrator for a client based in Redditch. This is a permanent, office-based role. You will support the implementation and maintenance of our Quality Management System (QMS). This is a pivotal role within the business, ensuring our processes, procedures, and products meet internal standards, customer expectations, and relevant regulatory requirements.
Skills & Experience needed:
Essential:

Experience working with ERP systems (Epicor advantageous)

Understanding of ISO 9001 or similar quality standards

Strong organisational and communication skills

High level of accuracy in data entry and documentation

Confidence using Microsoft Office and QMS/document control systems

Flexibility to support quality initiatives and deadlines
Desirable:

Experience in a quality, compliance, or administrative role
-
Background in a regulated or electronics environment

Knowledge of additional quality standards (ISO 13485, AS9100, IATF, etc.)

Experience supporting audits
Key Responsibilities:
-
Ensure accurate and timely documentation of returned or rejected items

Use ERP systems to collate, measure, and report performance (Epicor experience desirable)

Coordinate inspections of returned products

Work with quality control and production teams to manage rework activities

Ensure products meet ISO 9001 standards before re-entering inventory

Support compliance with quality, safety, and operational regulations
-
Support internal and external audits (ISO, customer, regulatory)
