Factory Operative
Prodrive Recruitment are recruiting for a skilled Production/Factory Operative to join their clients based in Pershore. As a Factory Operative, you will be responsible for all aspects of core material preparation, injection and firing of products in accordance with company standards.
Main Responsibilities:

Operate production machinery and equipment to assemble products.

Follow detailed instructions to ensure accurate production.

Inspect finished products for quality assurance.

Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that may arise during the production process.

Adhere to all safety guidelines and protocols.
Experience:
-
Previous experience in a manufacturing environment preferred - Full training will be given.

Proficient in using machines
-
Ability to read and interpret instructions.

Excellent attention to detail and manual dexterity.

Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Pay: £12.50 per hour+ company benefits
Hours of work: Full time (Monday to Friday) 8.00 am - 4.00 pm - can be flexible.
Temporary to Permanent Contract.
