Issue Management Administrator

We're recruiting an organised and detail-driven Issue Management Administrator to join a busy, customer-focused team within a global organisation.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys problem-solving and managing multiple tasks, supporting the coordination and resolution of customer issues, complaints, and enquiries.
Key responsibilities:
Logging and managing incoming issues via internal systems
Coordinating responses with clients, suppliers, and internal teams
Managing and prioritising your own caseload
Preparing reports and tracking trends in issues and incidents
Supporting general admin tasks including data entry and email management
Communicating outcomes clearly to stakeholders
About you:
Previous experience in an administrative or coordination role
Strong organisational and multitasking skills
Excellent communication and customer service skills
High attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
Confident using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
