Completing assembly tasks involving small components and product parts
Following established processes to maintain high levels of quality
Carrying out visual quality checks on completed products
Keeping your workstation clean, organised, and aligned with safety requirements
Working efficiently to meet production targets as part of a wider team
As an Assembly Operative, your experience will include:
A willingness to learn and adapt to different tasks
Strong attention to detail, reliability and punctuality
Ability to work both independently and within a team environment
Physical capability to stand for long periods and complete repetitive tasks
Prior production or assembly experience is beneficial but not essential
