Our client is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Goods In Operative to join their dynamic team in Andover! What You'll Do:
Unload Deliveries: Efficiently unload 5-10 pallets from lorries, ensuring a smooth flow of goods into our warehouse.
Warehouse Management: Safely store pallets in designated areas, maintaining an organized and efficient workspace.
Picking & Packing: Assist in the picking and packing of orders until 2 PM, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
Driving Duties: Occasionally drive a van to cover for colleagues on sick leave or holiday-flexibility is key!
Key Holder Responsibilities: As you grow with us, you will take on the responsibility of being a key holder, ensuring the safety and security of our premises.
What We're Looking For:
A valid driving license and be over 25 years old (for insurance purposes).
A Pivot Forklift License or a Counterbalance Forklift License-we'll need you to be confident operating machinery.
A responsible attitude and a keen eye for detail-your reliability will be essential to our team's success.
Working Hours: Monday: 8 AM - 5 PM & Tuesday - Friday: 5 AM - 2 PM
This is a full-time position, perfect for early risers who enjoy getting a head start on the day!
