Talent Guardian are delighted to announce that we are recruiting for Packing Operatives for our valued client based in Basingstoke, Hampshire.
Job role:
Pack products safely and securely according to company procedures
Check items for damage or defects before packing
Ensure correct quantities and product types are packed for each order
Label packages accurately for dispatch
Maintain cleanliness and organisation in the packing area
Follow health and safety procedures at all times
Work as part of a team to meet daily packing targets and deadlines
Assist with general warehouse duties when required, such as sorting or moving stock
Report any issues with products, packaging, or equipment to the supervisor
Skills required:
Physically able to stand for long periods and handle light to moderate lifting
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Good teamwork and communication skills
Ability to follow instructions and procedures
Reliable, punctual, and hardworking
Basic understanding of health and safety in a warehouse environment Additional information:
£12.21 per hour + Holiday accrual
Monday to Friday - No weekends!
