Attega Group is currently partnering exclusively with our client in recruiting a HR Admin Assistant to join the team.
The main purpose of this role is to support the HR function within the business.

This is a full-time, permanent role. The hours of the HR Admin Assistant will be Monday – Friday 09:00 – 17:00 but can be flexible for the right candidate.
Reporting to the Hiring Manager your responsibilities will include:
Monitor HR Mailbox
Maintain 1st Aid Boxes
General HR admin – offer letters, resignation letters, probation letters
Putting new employees on Onboarding portals
Support with inductions
New employee check in
Covering Reception
Training Records – Copy/File certificates/cards
Support HR & Payroll
The ideal HR Admin Assistant:
Attention to detail and pride in work
Computer literate (Word, Excel, Outlook) with ability to learn new applications
The ability to plan your own work, work on your own initiative and meet deadlines
The ability to manage pressure and conflicting demands and prioritise tasks and workload
exceptional written and oral communication skills
Ability to work on your own or as part of a team
