An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Legal Assistant to join a fast-growing and dynamic organisation based in Harrogate. This is a fantastic role for a confident, highly organised individual who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and supporting a busy legal function.
You will play a key role in supporting the senior legal team with contract management, documentation preparation, and stakeholder coordination across the business.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct initial due diligence and support a range of legal transactions
Prepare documentation including management agreements, consultancy agreements, variations, and side letters (under supervision)
Manage and maintain the contract database
Monitor and diarise contract renewal dates
Liaise with internal stakeholders including Business Development, Procurement, Compliance, and Finance
Coordinate meetings, calls, and workstream trackers
Support with information requests and dispute documentation
Build strong relationships with clients and internal teams
About You:
Previous experience in a legal support or contract management role
Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, multi-stakeholder environment
Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
A proactive, solutions-focused approach
