As the Private Client Legal Assistant, you’ll be providing essential administration and client support to a busy team, including:

Typing documents and correspondence

Managing paper and online filing, post and photocopying

Opening files, creating opportunities on the system and liaising with clients to gather key information

Preparing contract packs, applications and financial statements

Booking appointments and keeping diaries up to date

Welcoming clients and supporting Consultants during meetings
