All Square Recruitment is seeking proactive Warehouse Picker Packers to join a reputable client in Basildon. This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals looking for consistent full-time work within a large, supportive warehouse environment.
Initial training - 8:30am till 5pm (1 to 2 Weeks)
Shift Pattern - 6am till 2pm / 2pm till 10pm (Weekly rotating)
The Role
As a key member of the operations team, your responsibilities will include:
- Precision Picking: Selecting customer orders with high attention to detail to ensure accuracy.
- Quality Packing: Safely and efficiently preparing products for dispatch.
- Inventory Care: Organizing stock within the warehouse to maintain a safe and productive workspace.
- Team Collaboration: Working alongside a friendly, fast-paced team to meet daily distribution targets.
