Job Title: Assembly Operative
Location: Redditch
Hours: 40 hours per week, 6am – 3pm or 7:30am – 4:30pm
Pay: £13.00 per hour
HR Employment are currently recruiting for an Assembly Operative to join a team in Redditch on a temp to perm basis.
You will be using engineering drawings to assemble a variety of products.
Main duties:

Using engineering drawings to assemble a variety of products.

Will be using a multitude of tools in relation to the assembly.

To follow the companies predefined quality procedures, to ensure a robust product is produced to meet the customer’s expectations every time.

Must be willing and able to work to tight deadlines with changing priorities.
Skills and Experience needed:

Experience working in a similar assembly role within a manufacturing environment is advantageous (training provided).

Good English speaking and writing.

Experience in mechanical and electrical assembly.

Ability to think on own initiative and be self-driven.
-
Must have a flexible approach to work and be able to react to changing priorities.

Keen eye for detail and thorough approach to tasks.
