As a People & Administration Assistant, you’ll sit at the centre of how people processes run day-to-day, making sure everything from onboarding to HR data stays accurate, compliant, and running smoothly.

Your responsibilities as People & Administration Assistant
Maintain and reconcile employee data across HR systems to ensure accuracy and compliance
Support recruitment processes, including job postings, interview coordination, and candidate communication
Prepare contracts, offer letters, and onboarding documentation
Manage employee records, including absence, leave, and contract changes
Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring all steps are completed
Provide administrative support across team activities, communications, and internal coordination
What we’re looking for in a People & Administration Assistant
Previous experience working with HR systems and employee data
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and spreadsheet management
Experience supporting recruitment and onboarding processes
Ability to manage documentation and maintain accurate records
Understanding of HR processes and data protection requirements
Working hours: 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday (core hours 10:00am–4:00pm). This is a fully remote role, with monthly travel to London.
