The Role
This is a key position where you will be providing highly efficient administrative support to two members of the College Executive team, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations and keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes.
What we are looking for
We are looking for a proactive and highly skilled Personal Assistant who thrives on managing multiple, shifting priorities with confidence and precision. You will possess exceptional interpersonal skills and have proven experience of working in a dynamic administrative environment, with the ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
Diplomatic and discrete in approach, you will be able to quickly absorb large quantities of written and verbal information and maintain meticulous attention to detail.
