About the Role
As a Key Worker Administration, you’ll be at the heart of our Key Worker Programme ensuring the right information reaches the right people at the right time. Your work will directly support staff, residents and the wider operational team.
Key Responsibilities
Accurately collate, process and maintain data across internal systems.
Allocate Key Worker caseloads and distribute resident allocations efficiently.
Carry out quality assurance and compliance checks to maintain programme standards.
Produce clear and timely daily, weekly and monthly reports.
Support the smooth running of a busy, target‑driven department.What You’ll Bring
