In this role, you will be responsible for managing product orders, ensuring a smooth ordering process for customers, and arranging appointments for assessments and installations.

Up to £28,000 per annumKey Responsibilities:
· Process and manage orders for equipment via phone and email.
· Schedule and coordinate assessment and installation appointments.
· Oversee the entire order life cycle, from initial request to final delivery, ensuring timely fulfilment.
· Manage incoming customer and client inquiries via the main order line.
· Prepare, organise, and maintain necessary documentation related to orders and appointments.
· Provide administrative support to streamline operations and enhance customer experience.
Multitasking: Effective multitasking is essential to ensure a seamless experience for our customers and maintain pace with an active working environment.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a professional phone and email manner.
Organisational Skills: Strong organisational abilities, with the capacity to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy and attention to detail in all tasks, especially in handling payments and bookings.
Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in using office software, including email, word processing, and spreadsheet applications.
Customer Service: A customer-focused approach, with the ability to handle inquiries and resolve issues in a courteous and effective manner.
Problem-Solving: Ability to think critically and solve problems efficiently as they arise.
