Description
Provide administrative support to the Jason Team and other departments as required.
Manage and maintain accurate records, ensuring data is up to date and easily accessible.
Prepare and distribute documents, reports, and correspondence efficiently.
Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
Respond to internal and external enquiries in a professional and timely manner.
Assist with other secretarial tasks to support the team's daily operations.
Collaborate with colleagues to ensure smooth workflow and task completion.
Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately.Profile
A successful Admin should have:
Previous experience in an administrative or secretarial role within the Business Services industry.
