We’re working with a well-established business based at their head office in Brighouse who are looking to bring in an organised and reliable Administrator to support their busy service team.
This is a varied, hands-on role, ideal for someone who enjoys being at the heart of an office and keeping things running smoothly.
What you’ll be doing:
•Handling incoming calls and managing email enquiries
•Coordinating meetings, travel and engineer diaries
•Updating reports (mainly using Excel)
•Supporting with basic invoicing, expenses and timesheets
•Creating service reports with strong attention to detail
•General office support including ordering supplies and admin tasks
•Welcoming visitors and managing small deliveries
What’s on offer:
•Salary up to £28,000 depending on experience

Working hours:
Monday to Thursday 8.30am – 5pm
Friday 8.30am – 2.30pm with a 30-minute lunch break.
Skills:
• Strong IT Skills. Experience in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, & Outlook), ERP Systems and client portals.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to confidently communicate at all levels.
• Ability to manage, prioritize and multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• A minimum of 3 years’ experience in an administration role.
