We have partnered with a Luxurious Menswear Brand that, due to continued growth are looking for a Production & Merchandising Admin Assistant who would relish the opportunity to work at one of the gems of British Menswear.
Main Responsibilities:
Supplier management: Collaborating with suppliers, manufacturers, and vendors to ensure timely product delivery. Maintaining strong relationships to support the business's sourcing and production needs.

Production follow up: Overseeing the production process and coordinating activities between suppliers to ensure on-time deliveries.

Quality control support: Coordinate product review, ensuring quality standards are met, and flagging any concerns. Training will be provided.

Purchase Order Creation & Management: Process, and update POs accurately in the system (Netsuite). Training will be provided.

Stock Monitoring: Tracking income stock and ensure deliveries align with merchandising needs.

Product data management: Ensure all product and vendor details are complete and correct for approval.

Product data management: Ensure all SKUs have completed and accurate product information prior to launch or handover. Support seasonal product uploads and checks in preparation for trade periods and reports.

Data cleaning: Identify and correct duplicate or erroneous entries in the database.

Deliveries: Liaise with buyers, production, and suppliers to resolve discrepancies or missing information.

Cost data management: Verify that supplier costs, quantities, and terms align with what was agreed and received.

Intake data management: Tracking income stock and ensure deliveries align with merchandising needs. Flag and help resolve cost mismatches or inconsistencies with relevant teams.

Data Cleaning & Integrity: Audit and maintain clean product data in systems: style codes, descriptions, categories, pricing, barcodes, attributes, etc.

Process Support: Working with logistics to ensure products arrive on time, resolving shipment issues and supplying any documentation necessary for intake.
The Ideal Candidate:
· · Minimum 1 year of experience in a data-driven role.
· Experience using ERP systems or product management tools (e.g. Zedonk, Netsuite, SAP, Shopify, Excel).
· Proficient in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, pivot tables, data validation, etc.)
· Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy – numbers and details must be your strength.
· Highly organised with flawless attention to detail, forward-thinking, and initiative to find solutions to all tasks.
· Excellent communicator, both written and verbal with the ability to multi-task
· Organised, methodical, and able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
· Understanding of retail processes – from buying and product setup
