Warehouse Operative
Location: Goole, East Yorkshire
Pay Rate: £12.21 per hour
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 4:30pm
We are currently recruiting for a Warehouse Operative to join a busy and growing warehouse team for our client, a well-established distributor of gym and fitness equipment.
This is a hands-on role that requires a good level of physical fitness, as the position involves lifting heavy gym equipment.
Key Responsibilities
Picking and packing gym equipment orders
Preparing orders for dispatch
Loading and unloading containers
Moving and handling heavy stock within the warehouse
Carrying out general warehouse duties as required
Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
Requirements
Physically fit and comfortable with heavy lifting
Ability to lift items averaging 40kg, with some items up to 70kg
Previous warehouse experience preferred but not essential
Reliable, hardworking, and able to work as part of a team
Good attention to detail
