Our client requires a Service Administrator on a contract basis in the Doncaster area. This role is varied and involves multi-tasking and very good interpersonal skills. You will work with their existing friendly team in an office and warehouse environment.
Your duties will include:
- Manage and work through deliveries, returns and fleet
- Use portals and systems to sort and plan delivery movements.
- Book in equipment
- Plan stock checks with management and assist with stock take preparation
- Plan reports and activities for team targets
Your required skills will be:
- Highly organised
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Professional phone manner with clear written and verbal communication skills
- I.T literate with experience of Microsoft Office
- Able to meet deadlines while maintaining attention to detail
This contract will be up to a 6 month period.
Your working hours will be 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
Your pay rate would be between £13.50 - £14.50 per hour
