Taylormade Employment are seeking a Yard Operative – Telehandler
Are you hands-on, motivated, and ready to hit the ground running? We’re looking for an enthusiastic Yard Worker/Operative to join our growing and hardworking team!
In this role, you’ll play a key part in our day-to-day operations - loading and unloading vehicles, handling materials like plastic pipe and pallets, and keeping our yard organised and safe. You’ll be working closely with a dynamic group including logistics coordinators, drivers, stock controllers, and our skilled workshop team.

What you’ll be doing:
• Supporting the smooth flow of customer deliveries and collections
• Loading/unloading vehicles and ensuring accurate despatch of goods
• Picking of materials for specific jobs to be loaded
• Coordinating with colleagues to meet daily operational goals
What we’re looking for:
✅ MUST HAVE previous Telehandler experience (training is also provided for our telehandlers)
✅ Confident handling large, heavy goods
✅ Great attention to detail
✅ Strong team player with a proactive attitude
✅ Well organised and reliable
