Managing incoming and outgoing email communications
Handling telephone calls professionally and directing enquiries efficiently
Processing customer orders and preparing associated documentation
Liaising with production to ensure orders progress smoothly
Providing administrative support across sales, marketing and purchasing
Maintaining organised office systems and accurate records
What you’ll bring to the table as an Office Administrator
Previous experience in an office administration role or a relevant administration qualification
Confident telephone handling and written communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
Strong literacy and numeracy capability
Accurate data entry and document processing skills
Working hours:
Monday–Thursday: 8:00am – 5:00pm
Friday: 8:00am – 1:00pm
