Job Title: Executive Assistant
Location: Outskirts of Exeter
Salary: Up to £35K PA DOE

Hours: Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm (reduced hours and some hybrid working considered for the right candidate)
About Our Client:
Based on stunning Grade One listed parkland, a long-established and reputable local business who work on multitude of projects including property, agriculture, land, and rural estates.
The Role:
You will deliver exceptional administrative, organisational, and strategic support to senior leaders, empowering them to concentrate on driving the business forward. This role plays a key part in keeping executive operations running seamlessly, ensuring clear communication, proactive coordination, and smooth, informed decision-making at the highest level.
Responsibilities:
Support governance activities, including organising governance meetings and preparing documentation for board-level review.
Oversee complex diary and schedule management for senior stakeholders.
Plan and facilitate meetings by creating agendas, capturing minutes, and monitoring follow‑up actions.
Manage sensitive and confidential information professionally, ensuring records are maintained accurately.
Seek opportunities to streamline and enhance executive administrative processes and systems.
Assist with the smooth daily operation of the Estate office.
Take responsibility for coordinating general office activities.
Requirements:
Proven experience in executive support/PA/EA or senior administration
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
High professionalism and strict confidentiality
Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt quickly
Strong IT skills
Analytical thinker with strong problem‑solving ability
Experience supporting senior leaders
Proactive, resourceful, and solutions‑focused
Trustworthy and aligned with organisational values
Flexible and committed to continuous improvement
