We are looking for an diligent and conscientious admin assistant/payroll clerk to join our team. This is an important role covering aspects of accounts, payroll and using a range of different systems.
The role mainly involves the administration of working candidates timesheets, processing their hours and ensuring they are paid correctly each week. You will also need to process and send out a large amount of tuition reports to clients each week.
Work is completed on the computer so you should be able to keep up with fast-paced work and able to use a range of Microsoft IT systems.
It is not essential that you have direct experience in this type of role, but ultimately you would need to possess the drive and ambition to work within a fast paced role.
